Job Description
We're a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the eCommerce and retail space. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and strategic Brand Marketing Specialist who understands digital marketing dynamics and excels at using tools like HubSpot, product animation platforms (including Bravo), and has a strong flair for creative writing.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable taking initiative, and can adapt strategies quickly in a fast-paced market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Brand Design
You should be fluent in tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. Your design work should elevate our brand value with sleek, modern aesthetics that align with our positioning in the SaaS and retail tech space. Every touchpoint—from social posts to sales decks—should feel cohesive, polished, and premium.
  • Product Animation Videos
You should be able to translate complex features into clear, compelling value. You should also know how to create and produce product animation videos using tools like Canva or Adobe to bring those stories to life in a visually engaging way.
  • Website Redesign
You should be ready to lead a full website refresh—rethinking structure, visuals, and messaging to better reflect our brand and drive conversions. This is a critical initiative, and your design, copy, and UX instincts will play a central role in how we present ourselves to the world.
  • Content Creation
You must be a sharp writer who knows how to speak to our ideal customer profile (ICP). From emails and landing pages to product launches and social media, your content should be crisp, value-driven, and designed to drive action.
  • Content Design & Distribution
You should be able to turn written narratives into visual content—think carousels, infographics, and videos—and know how to distribute them effectively across Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and X. Your work should tell a compelling visual story while staying on-brand.
  • Video Editing
You should have hands-on experience editing short-form video content using tools like Descript. Whether it's repurposing webinar clips, social snippets, or testimonials, you know how to craft engaging videos that drive views and conversions.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Fluency
You should be comfortable navigating martech tools like HubSpot, Brevo, and other campaign management platforms. Whether it's setting up a nurture sequence or reporting campaign performance, you should be ready to dive in and execute.
  • Brand Strategy
You should be able to define and execute brand strategies that align with business goals and resonate with our target audience. Your work should shape how we show up in the market and ensure consistency across every channel.
  • Campaign Management
You should know how to own campaigns end-to-end—planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting across digital channels. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot is key to track what’s working and iterating quickly.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong command of creative writing, with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms).
  • Familiarity with Bravo Studio and product animation tools like LottieFiles, After Effects, or Figma plugins.
  • A solid understanding of the eCommerce and retail tech landscape.
  • Passion for storytelling, design thinking, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent project management skills and a collaborative spirit.

How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit their resume and a portfolio or samples of creative writing and visual content (if available). Please include examples of previous work involving HubSpot-driven campaigns and product animation projects.
Join us and help shape the voice of a brand that’s redefining the future of retail and eCommerce.
